Integrations

Works with the tools your shop already uses.

Your own Stripe account for the money, the chat apps your guests already write on and your website, with your email inbox coming soon. You connect them once, and bookings, payments and messages land in the same place.

What connects

Money, messages and your website.

You connect each one once. The cards marked Coming soon are still being built.

Payments

Stripe

Guests pay online and the money goes straight into your own Stripe account. Connect one company or several, for example a rental company and a tour company.

  • Deposits at booking
  • Balances paid later
  • Refunds recorded on the booking

Messages

WhatsApp Business

Guests write to your shop number as they do today. The assistant answers from your prices and what is free, and hands the chat to you when it should.

  • Your own shop number
  • Answers in the guest’s language
  • You can take over any chat

Messages

Instagram and Messenger

Questions sent to your Instagram or Facebook page land in the same inbox as WhatsApp and your website chat, and the assistant answers there too.

  • Direct messages from both apps
  • One inbox with the rest
  • Same answers, same rules
Coming soon

Email

Gmail and Google Workspace

Connect the shop’s Gmail address. Booking questions that arrive by email sit next to your chats, and replies go out from your own address.

  • Your own address
  • Email next to your chats
  • Works with a Workspace domain
Coming soon

Email

Microsoft 365 and Outlook

The same for shops on Outlook or Microsoft 365: one connection, and email questions join the inbox with everything else.

  • Your own address
  • Email next to your chats
  • Outlook.com or Microsoft 365

Booking page and chat

Your website

Your booking page runs on your own address, in your colours. A chat on your site lets guests ask a question and book in the same place.

  • Booking page on your address
  • Chat on your own site
  • In your guests’ language

Stripe Connect

Your money goes straight to you.

Outdoor Grid uses Stripe Connect. Each of your companies has its own Stripe account in its own name, and a guest’s payment is made on that account. Outdoor Grid never holds your money.

01

Connect once

Each company opens or links its Stripe account from Outdoor Grid, with its own name and bank details.

02

Every item knows its seller

You say which company sells the rentals and which sells the tours. A booking is paid into the account of the company that sells it.

03

Deposits, balances, refunds

Take a deposit when the guest books and the rest at the counter. Every payment and refund shows on the booking, so the desk sees what is still to pay.

One inbox

Every channel lands in one place.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website chat arrive in the same list, and email will join them soon. The assistant drafts or sends the answer, and anyone at the desk can pick up a chat.
